Next Level Society, an organization that aids in the development of creative entrepreneurs, will be hosting a Hip Hop and Society Community Social to showcase how hip-hop influences many facets of life.
The family friendly event that will be held at Hamilton Park on June 22 will have a variety of workshops highlighting how hip-hop has influenced culture. There will be interactive activities including a dance class, fitness class, culinary workshop, fashion photo-booth and silent party lounge.
“The Hip Hop and Society Community Social is targeting young adults. Specifically, those who are interested in learning more about entrepreneurship and how it can be incorporated into the arts in numerous ways,” said Cyaira Adams, creator of Next Level Society.
This event will also have a panel discussion led by Jermaine Price of Aspect Productions, and many other business professionals who have an extensive background in music.
